About MyShoppingPal
MyShoppingPal is a shopping information service operated by RedCommerce. These terms apply to the website and plugin.
MyShoppingPal is independent of OpenAI and the retailers shown. Their names and logos identify those services and retailers; they do not imply endorsement.
What the service does
MyShoppingPal helps you find products, view available specifications and variants, and compare retailer offers from our sources. You can refine results and open a retailer website in the plugin.
Coverage varies by product, retailer, and country. The plugin supports searches for the Netherlands and the United States. It does not cover every available offer.
The website offers a recorded conversation and a live DeepSeek chat using checked offers for the Netherlands. The website chat has usage limits. Retailer links open the product page, where you can check the current price and place an order. Public installation remains coming soon until the plugin is released.
Saved lists and sharing
You can save products in named lists and share a copy using a link. Website lists and ChatGPT lists are separate. Anyone with a shared link can view that copy, so do not put personal or sensitive details in list names.
A shared list shows the offers available when it was created. Its prices do not update when you open it, and later changes to a private list do not change that shared copy. Always check the retailer page before buying.
Bookmarks do not reserve products or lock in a price. Contact support to request deletion of a list or removal of a shared link. Our privacy policy explains how lists are stored.
Your purchase is with the retailer
MyShoppingPal does not sell the displayed products, accept payment, place orders, reserve stock, or manage delivery and returns.
When you choose to buy, the retailer sets the final price and purchase terms. Check the exact model, variant, seller, condition, taxes, shipping, delivery, and return policy before ordering.
Contact the retailer about orders, payment, warranties, refunds, and delivery problems. These terms do not replace your rights against the retailer.
Prices and product information
We check information from the sources available to us, but prices, stock, and delivery estimates can change. A displayed check time is not a promise that an offer remains available.
Results are not a guarantee of the lowest price everywhere or delivery by a particular date. A missing offer does not mean that no retailer sells the product.
ChatGPT may add its own text around the plugin. If information conflicts, check the product details and the retailer page before buying.
Fees and referral links
MyShoppingPal currently charges no fee to use the plugin. Access to ChatGPT may require a plan provided by OpenAI.
Retailer links can include referral or affiliate tags that identify traffic from MyShoppingPal. We may earn a commission on a qualifying purchase through an eligible affiliate link. A referral tag alone does not mean a purchase earns commission.
Commission does not determine which offer we show first. A retailer that pays no commission can still be the best available option.
Use the service responsibly
Use MyShoppingPal for lawful shopping research. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access limits, attempt unauthorised access, or submit harmful material.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in shopping requests. Use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's eligibility rules and terms.
We may restrict requests that threaten the service or other people. Features and coverage may change as we maintain the product.
Your rights
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information from third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You keep any mandatory protections that apply in your country.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the new version and date on this page. Changes do not alter a purchase contract you already made with a retailer.
